Q: Who will you be certified through?
Q: Do you have to be certified through NPS?
A: NPS (National Performance Specialist)
A: No, Although F.N.O Academy is affiliated with NPS ​ you will still have the opportunity to choose whichever agency allows you to take the phlebotomy certification exam. However, the student must complete the phlebotomy course and meet all requirement in order to sit for the National exam.
Q: Can I get a refund after the class have started?
A: F.N.O Academy has a strict NO REFUND policy. Once you have enrolled to the program AND started the first day of class there will be no refund.
